It All Starts With a Question

A man had been paralyzed for thirty-eight years, trying with everything in his power to be healed. Finally, Jesus approches the man and asks him, "Do you want to be made well?" Obviously, the answer is yes!!! But why would Jesus ask the man this question? Why is it that God actually asks us questions, even though He already knows the answer?
